• Subscription tier and trial type selected

From pre-launch registrations and magazine enquiries:

• Name, business name, parish and WhatsApp/phone number
• Email address (optional)

Automatically from all visitors:

• Pages visited, time on site and device type (via Google Analytics 4)
• Mouse movements, clicks and scroll behaviour (via Microsoft Clarity)
• Search queries entered into our directory search
• IP address and approximate location

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and publish your business listing on the directory
• To send you confirmation, welcome and subscription emails
• To contact you via WhatsApp regarding your listing or subscription
• To generate anonymised analytics reports to improve the platform
• To respond to magazine advertising enquiries
• To manage subscription billing and payment reminders

6. Your Business Listing — Public Information

When your listing is published, the following information becomes publicly visible on the CentralBiz Jamaica directory and may be indexed by search engines such as Google:

• Business name, address, parish and town
• Phone number, WhatsApp number and website URL
• Business description, category and opening hours
• Business photos and logo
• Social media handles

By submitting your listing you confirm you have the right to publish this information and consent to it being publicly accessible.

7. Data Retention

• Active tenant records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months
• Pre-launch registration data is retained for 12 months or until you are onboarded
• Magazine enquiry data is retained for 24 months
• Analytics data is retained according to Google and Microsoft's standard retention policies
• Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations
