1. The Service

CentralBiz Jamaica provides an online business directory serving Manchester, Clarendon and St. Elizabeth parishes. By submitting a listing application you agree to these terms in full.

Your listing page may include: business name, description, address, contact details, photos, logo, opening hours, social media links and a website link.

2. Free Trial

• Standard trial: 60 days from the date your listing goes live
• Founding member trial: 90 days, available to the first 50 businesses to register using a valid founding member code
• The trial period begins on the day your listing is published — not the date of application
• No credit card or payment is required during the trial
• Trial periods are fixed and will not be extended under any circumstances
• CentralBiz Jamaica reserves the right to discontinue a trial at any time if these terms are breached

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

At the end of your trial period, continued use of the platform requires a paid subscription. Current plans are:

• Micro — JMD 1,000/month · JMD 2,750/quarter · JMD 10,000/year
• Directory — JMD 1,500/month · JMD 4,125/quarter · JMD 15,000/year
• Starter — JMD 2,500/month · JMD 6,875/quarter · JMD 25,000/year
• Growth — JMD 5,500/month · JMD 15,125/quarter · JMD 55,000/year
• Pro — JMD 8,500/month · JMD 23,375/quarter · JMD 85,000/year

Prices are in Jamaican dollars and inclusive of all applicable taxes. CentralBiz Jamaica reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Billing & Payment

4.1 Billing Cadence

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis as agreed at conversion. Quarterly billing is the recommended default. All billing is manual — there is no automatic charge.

4.2 Payment Methods

• LASCO Biz E-Link (payment link sent by CentralBiz)
• LYNK mobile payment
• Cash at the Reliable Printers & Stationery Ltd counter, Mandeville
• Bank transfer or cheque (corporate and annual subscribers)

4.3 Payment Obligations

Payment is due on or before the renewal date communicated to you. You are responsible for making payment on time. CentralBiz Jamaica is not liable for any losses arising from a lapse in service due to non-payment.

5. Grace Period & Suspension

• Monthly subscribers — 5-day grace period. If payment is not received by Day 5, your listing will be suspended automatically.
• Quarterly subscribers — 7-day grace period after the renewal date.
• Annual subscribers — 14-day grace period after the invoice due date.

A suspended listing is hidden from the public directory but your data is retained. Your listing will be reinstated within 1 business day of confirmed payment.

6. Listing Content & Accuracy

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted in your listing
• You confirm that all photos, logos and content you submit are owned by you or you have the right to use them
• You must not submit false, misleading, defamatory or illegal content
• You must notify CentralBiz Jamaica of any changes to your business information within 14 days of the change
• CentralBiz Jamaica reserves the right to edit listings for formatting or clarity without notice

7. CentralBiz Jamaica's Right to Remove Listings

CentralBiz Jamaica reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any listing, without refund, where:

• Payment obligations are not met within the grace period
• The listing contains false, misleading or harmful information
• The business is reported by consumers and the report is upheld after review
• These terms are breached in any material way
• The business is found to be operating illegally

8. Upgrades & Plan Changes

To upgrade or change your subscription plan, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Plan changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Downgrades may result in the removal of features associated with your current plan.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time within a paid billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

CentralBiz Jamaica provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific search rankings, or a minimum number of enquiries from your listing. To the maximum extent permitted by Jamaican law, CentralBiz Jamaica and Reliable Printers & Stationery Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

1. Use of the Directory

CentralBiz Jamaica provides a public business directory for informational purposes. By using the directory you agree to these terms.

2. Accuracy of Listings

Business listings on CentralBiz Jamaica are submitted and maintained by the business owners themselves. CentralBiz Jamaica does not independently verify the accuracy of listing information including business hours, pricing, services or contact details.

3. Reporting a Listing

If you believe a listing contains false, misleading or harmful information, you may report it to us. All reports are reviewed within 5 business days. CentralBiz Jamaica reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing found to be in breach of our standards following investigation.

4. Consumer Protection

CentralBiz Jamaica is not a party to any transaction between a consumer and a listed business. Any dispute regarding goods or services must be resolved directly with the business concerned. Consumers retain all rights under Jamaican consumer protection legislation.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use CentralBiz Jamaica to:

• Scrape, copy or republish listing data without permission
• Submit false or malicious reports against businesses
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Use automated tools to access or extract data from the directory

6. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, code and non-user-generated content on CentralBiz Jamaica is the property of CentralBiz Jamaica and Reliable Printers & Stationery Ltd. Business owners retain ownership of their own listing content.
